Position: Customer Service
Job Description:
- Effective and efficient handling of customer transactions.
- Accurately record and maintain customer contact information and details.
- Build and maintain company customer relationships.
- Answer inbound sales calls and make outbound sales calls.
- Consistent following up on promises and commitments in a timely manner with customers.
- Track stock levels to ensure customer orders are handled effectively.
- Assist customers in determining order requirements or services.

Job Description:
- This job requires short hauls and long hauls, maybe required to stay overnight 2-3 nights a week.

- Must possess a CLASS A CDL
- Must maintain a legal & accurate log book / record of duty status. (Safety & Compliance is our #1 priority.)
- Must be safety minded in all aspects of this job (i.e.) obey all safety rules as per state/federal rules and company policy. Reports accidents and unsafe conditions to management promptly.
- Able to assist in loading/unloading of cargo.
